  4. Step 4: Registro Autonómico de Turismo. Tourism registry · post-Supremo 620/2026 compliance.

What we cannot guarantee

  • The turnaround is a target, not a guarantee: We aim to deliver the report within 15 business days of booking; timing depends on how quickly third parties supply the information we need.
  • A check covers the 4 layers listed above (Comunidad de Propietarios; Ayuntamiento; Comunidad Autónoma; Registro Autonómico de Turismo). Anything outside them is not checked.
